The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program (MCFSP) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is inviting applications from highly motivated and qualified individuals for appointments in the following positions;
A. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Have the requisite qualification preferably up to Masters level.
- Have skills in research study design, outcome measurement and statistical methods.
- Knowledge in evidence-based decision making, cost-benefit analysis and social science methods.
- A minimum of two years working experience preferably working on projects in that capacity.
B. Female Counsellors
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Have the requisite qualification preferably up to the Masters level.
- Be a professional in the field
- Being a member of a requisite body (should be an advantage).
- Have skills in handling students preferably female, displaced and disabled students.
- Have effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of two years working experience in that capacity.
C. Liaison Officer
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Have the requisite qualification preferably up to the Masters level.
- Skills in networking, organizational planning, conflict resolution, people management etc.
- Have good communication skills.
- A minimum of two years working experience with industry and corporate bodies in that capacity.
D. Career Development Officer
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Have the requisite qualification preferably up to the Masters level.
- Have skills to facilitate workforce capabilities and practical skills including design and management of programmes.
- Lead the team on transitions (of scholars from school to work).
- Have good communication and networking capabilities.
- Have relevant counselling and guidance skills related to the area.
- A minimum of two years working experience in the related field.
E. Career Development Assistant
- Be a self-motivated individual
- Have the requisite qualification preferably up to the first-degree level
- Have skills to facilitate workforce capabilities and practical skills.
- Have good communication skills.
- A minimum of two years working experience in the related field.
F. Alumni Officer
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Hold a minimum of a first degree in the sciences or the arts.
- Be an alumnus/alumna scholar of the Mastercard Scholars’ Program (MCFSP).
- Have good networking skills and be a people person.
- Very good computer literacy.
- A minimum of one year working experience.
