An alumnus of Opoku Ware School, Mr. Bernard Owusu Ansah Agyekum is currently a Program Assistant in charge of Travels, Accommodation and Information Technology (TAIT) and Administration with Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. (MCFSP at KNUST). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and Consulting from KNUST, Bachelor of Arts Degree; Sociology and Social Work from the same university. Bernard, before his appointment at MCFSP at KNUST worked as a personal assistant to the former Vice-Dean of Students in a Post-National Service appointment at the Office of the Dean of Students, KNUST from September, 2015 to August, 2016.
In 2015 during his National Service, he served as a Teaching and Administrative Assistant at the Catholic Chaplaincy, working with the then Chaplain who doubled as a Senior Lecturer at the Religious Studies Department, KNUST, from September, 2014 to August, 2015.
He has been working with the Scholars Program at KNUST since 2016.
In his leisure time he likes to rest and have time for family and friends. Again he has interest in teaching, research, reading and mentoring young adults to become transformative leaders in future.
