Peter is a dynamic International Development professional with over 5 years’ experience in developing and managing projects that contribute to sustainable development and poverty reduction. He is skilled in research, project management, and has a good knowledge of GIZ and the European Commission’s external aid policies and procedures.
Currently, he is the Program Officer in charge of career development at MCFSP at KNUST Secretariat, where he oversees the promotion, implementation, delivery, and coordination of career and employment development programs for beneficiaries.
Before joining MCFSP at KNUST, Peter worked with DANESSIEN Consult as a Policy and Tender and Business Development Manager, where he handled incoming requests for services under the SIEA 2018 (Services for Implementation of External Aid) EC Frameworks Contracts from consortium partners.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on public policy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is also a Certified Expert in Agriculture Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany. His academic interests lie in the critical analysis of the effectiveness of development assistance programs/policies on vulnerable groups. Passionate to alleviate poverty & inequality, through innovative solutions and community empowerment.
