Shadrach is a Scholar Alumnus of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (MCFSP at KNUST). He was a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Department of Sociology and Social Work, KNUST for his National Service from September 2018 to August 2019.
He holds certificates from the University of Sciences Po University, France; the United States Institute of Peace; the International Leadership Foundation among others. Shadrach has relevant experiences in community service; negotiations; project implementation and reporting. He also has experiences in conducting research and analysing data to aid policy formulation especially in the making of impact.
As the Alumni Coordinator of MCFSP at KNUST, Shadrach is passionate about undertaking effective alumni tracking and data management to assist the provision of tailored interventions to support Scholar Alumni development. Serving as the liaison between the Alumni Community and the Secretariat, he coordinates activities that support Scholar transitions, and the building of a sustained connectivity and a resourceful Alumni Network that is useful to professional development and societal impact.
Shadrach is very passionate about the welfare of children on the streets, people in underserved communities, and the less privileged in general. He is also interested in matters relating to project management, human and community development, agribusiness, humanitarianism, and conflict resolution. He has voluntarily served with some Non-Governmental Organizations in the areas of education, livelihood empowerment, community development among others within the past seven years. He believes in inspiring young people, especially the less privileged to excel in what they are passionate about. Shadrach wants to live the rest of his life impacting lives and societies.
