Recognizing that academic excellence is deeply connected to personal well-being and resource accessibility, the unit strives to create an environment where Scholars can focus on their studies and personal development without stress.

The unit facilitates efficient travel and logistical arrangements for Scholars. It supports both local and international mobility, enabling Scholars to participate in academic programs, cultural exchanges, and professional engagements. It assists with the purchase of flight tickets for international Scholars traveling for academic or professional purposes. It also arranges annual roundtrip tickets during long vacations for eligible Scholars. To promote integration and support among Scholars, the unit runs a buddy system where newly enrolled Scholars are paired with experienced ones to facilitate ground travel and orientation. Newly enrolled Scholars are encouraged to become future buddies, fostering a culture of mutual assistance. Support for international Scholars includes the issuance of new residence permits and the renewal of existing ones, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. The unit manages travel logistics for special programs like the Kumasi Baobab Summit and welcoming ceremonies for freshers. These activities aim to build a sense of belonging and community among Scholars.

Shuttle Services for Persons with Disabilities
The unit prioritizes inclusivity by offering dedicated shuttle services for Scholars with disabilities. It ensures seamless transportation to and from lecture halls, examination venues, and other academic events. Shuttle services are provided for orientation programs, health screenings, seminars, and summer camps, ensuring Scholars with disabilities can fully participate in university life.

Accommodation
The accommodation services are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and structured living environment. Scholars are assured of on-campus housing throughout their academic journey, including during internships and clinical placements such as the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital internship. This eliminates the stress of finding housing and fosters a strong community spirit.
Accommodation is allocated based on the year of study and Scholars share the same rooms and facilities to encourage interaction and bonding.

IT Support
The Unit provides information technology support by offering laptops, training, and consultancymservices to enhance technological literacy and academic productivity. Overall, the unit ensures that Scholars have the resources and support required to thrive in a dynamic and competitive academic environment.
